Mexican Cornbread
INGREDIENTS:
1 C. self-rising cornmeal
1 T. sugar
1 sm. can cream corn
1 sm. onion
1 egg
1/2 c. grated cheese
pinch of salt
1/2 cup wesson oil
1/2 C. sweet milk
Grease pan. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Mix all other ingredients together. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for about 30 mins.
